Retreat Agreement
Retreat: Self Love Retreat
Dates: February 6–7, 2027
Location: The Rustic Inn & Event Center, Osseo, Wisconsin
By registering for the Self Love Retreat, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to the following terms and conditions.
Registration & Payment
Your registration is confirmed once payment is received.
Pay in Full
Early Bird: $450 (through August 31, 2026)
Regular Admission: $550 (beginning September 1, 2026)
Payment Plan
A payment plan is available for those who prefer to spread out the cost of the retreat.
$200 deposit due at registration.
$130 due 30 days after registration.
$130 due 60 days after registration.
All payment plans must be paid in full before the retreat begins.
Missed Payments
If a scheduled payment is not received by the due date, a 7-day grace period will be provided.
If payment is not received within the grace period:
Your reservation may be canceled.
All payments made are non-refundable.
Your reserved spot may be offered to another attendee.
Refund Policy
All payments are non-refundable.
Ticket Transfers
If you are unable to attend, your ticket may be transferred to another attendee with prior approval from the retreat host. Requests must be made before the retreat begins.
Accommodations
Shared overnight accommodations are included with your retreat registration.
Private accommodations may be available based on availability. Attendees may also choose to arrange their own lodging. Any additional lodging expenses are the responsibility of the attendee.
Participation
The Self Love Retreat includes wellness, movement, and educational activities. Participation is voluntary, and attendees are encouraged to participate only in activities appropriate for their individual abilities and comfort level.
Attendees are responsible for consulting with a healthcare provider regarding any medical conditions or concerns before participating.
Assumption of Risk & Release
By participating in the Self Love Retreat, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation and release Rays of Sol, Marilyn Nicanor, facilitators, instructors, vendors, volunteers, and the venue from liability for injuries, losses, damages, or claims arising from participation, except where prohibited by applicable law.
Photography & Video
Photographs and video may be taken during the retreat for promotional and marketing purposes. By attending, you grant permission for your image to be used unless you notify the retreat host in writing before the retreat begins.
Changes
The retreat schedule, facilitators, activities, or vendors may change due to unforeseen circumstances. Comparable substitutions may be made when necessary.
Agreement
By completing your registration and payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to the terms of this Retreat Agreement.
